What's the difference between the Demo and Premium plans?+
The Demo is free and lets you provision up to 5 app users so you can evaluate the full panel; demo app users stay active for 15 days. Premium is a monthly subscription — you choose exactly how many app users you need and how many months to activate them for, and you unlock encryption, geo-fencing and priority support.
How does Premium billing and expiry work?+
Premium is billed monthly, per app user. Your app users are activated for the number of months you purchase and stay active while the subscription is renewed each month. If the plan isn't renewed, the app users expire at the end of the paid period.
Do demo app users really expire after 15 days?+
Yes. On the free Demo, each app user is active for 15 days from creation. Upgrade to Premium any time to keep app users active on a monthly subscription.
How are app users created?+
App users are scoped to your company. When you sign up we generate usernames from your company name (for example, acme_corp_1, acme_corp_2), and you finish provisioning them and assign talkgroups from the management panel.
Can I upgrade from Demo to Premium later?+
Yes. Start on the Demo, and when you're ready, upgrade to Premium from inside the panel and add as many app users as you need.
What do I need to sign up?+
Just your work email, a username, your company name and a password. A contact number is optional.
